Assessment Payment Options
Unit Owners have several options available to pay their monthly dues assessments.
1. Coupons with Checks – To register to receive coupons, contact Dawn Desper at CPVA Management, Inc. at (804) 378-5000 Ext. 219 or via email at [email protected]. If you use this option, checks should be made out to Villas at Ashford Hill Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. and mailed to Villas at Ashford Hill Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., P.O. Box 375, Emerson, NJ 07630. Include your account number (shown on your coupon) in the note section of your check. You can also find the account number using the CPVA Owner Portal if you have established your account at home.cpvamanagement.com.
2. Checks Only – If you pay by check or money order without a coupon, mail your payments to Villas at Ashford Hill Condominium Units Owners Association, Inc. at P.O. Box 375, Emerson, NJ 07630. Include your account number in the note section of your check (you can find it on CPVA Owner Portal – see #1 above).
3. ACH or Direct Debit – If you wish to the use ACH/Direct Debit process, contact CPVA Management, Inc. at (804) 378-5000 or go to their owner Portal (see #1 above).
4. Online Bill Payment Services (Bank Drafts) – If you pay using your bank’s online bill pay service, the Payee’s address is: Villas at Ashford Hill Condominium Units Owners Association, Inc., P.O. Box 375, Emerson, NJ 07630. Be sure to include your account number also.
5. Online Payment Program – Owners wishing to pay electronically with ClickPay through the CPVA Owner Portal, must establish their new account and enroll. Owners should have received a communication from CPVA Management, Inc. regarding the Owner Portal and your Portal Key to be used to register.
Note: If you use option 3 above, CPVA will adjust the assessment amount for each new calendar year. But if you use your own online bank bill payment service (option 4), then you must make any amount changes before the January 1 payment is sent.
